Don’t hire me.

I will probably do your job better than you. This isn’t a bad thing.

I love figuring out the best way to Get Shit Done! I connect dots between data, people and patterns. I am constantly thinking about how can we do this better? Like when I took a reporting process for 150+ campaigns from over a month down to less than a week. And got my Real Estate license on top of that (I was bored).

Why this isn’t a bad thing?

Let’s make you, and your team, look better to your boss, C level or investors.

Focus on the big picture, high-level goals. Figure out what we actually want to accomplish, the big things that make a difference, the impact, the change we want to see. The result.

What do you want to accomplish? I can do it all, but what would you like to tackle first? In a brainstorming session with a previous boss, we came up with a ton of ideas. Towards the end I said, “Great. Yep. I can do all of this, but what would you like me to do first?” We all have the same amount of time in a week. This is where organization and prioritization come in.

I can do a lot. It's not what I can do or if I can do the job — it's how I will.

I know what's in my wheelhouse, what I can learn quickly and what's not worth my time. If there is a part I can’t do, I will find an awesome resource to help with this aspect. I'm all about efficiency, adding value to your org. My approach is collaborative and communication forward. I'm a strategic translator, turning strategy into execution, putting ideas in motion, staying focused on why it matters. Achieving results, creating systems and iterating until they work for everyone.

Instead of going through the interview process, assessments, etc. Let’s spend some time getting to know each other, identifying a problem and outlining a plan for how to fix it.

When does this make sense? The 3 Triggers:

  • Scale - You're growing but not ready for full exec overhead

  • Change - New markets, digital transformation, pivots

  • Uncertainty - Growth plateaus, limited resources, need fresh perspective

Get what you pay for. See ROI immediately.

What You Actually Get:

  • Outside perspective, fresh eyes

  • Results you can point to - make you and your team look awesome)

  • Experience & Expertise just where you need it

  • Better accounting. Yes, a higher hourly rate but not on a P&L as an expense, no tax liability, lots of plus side here.

Let’s do a sort term project together, start with 2-3 months. It takes about a month to get up to speed, assess the current situation (step 1 of so many frameworks). Let’s set a goal of what we want to accomplish and the resources required to do this. At the end of this period, we will have achieved the result, or be close and have an excellent understanding of if this is a good fit.

We can proceed from there with what makes sense for everyone. Ready to tackle that first problem? Let’s chat.
